FAQ Exhibitors

1. Who can register for Monety Expo Warsaw and Fila Expo Warsaw?

All exhibitors, stamp, coin, bonds, medals dealers, national mints, posts and banks, as well as private collectors are welcome to register for the Fair.

2. When are the Fairs?

Monety Expo Warsaw and Fila Expo Warsaw will take place during the first weekend of September, from the 14th till the 15th of September 2018.

3. Where are the Fairs?

Monety Expo Warsaw and Fila Expo Warsaw will take place in Warsaw, Poland, at the Dom Towarowy Bracia Jabłkowscy. The venue is situated at Bracka street 25.

4. Who is organizing MEW and FEW?

Fairs are organized by Polskie Biuro Numizmatyczne Sp. z o.o.

5. How can I register for Monety Expo and Fila Expo Warsaw?

Exhibitors are able to register by filling in the application form, available in “For exhibitors” page and by sending the filled application via e-mail.

6. When is the registration deadline?

The registration deadline is 15th of July 2018.

7.  How much I need to pay for the space rental?

All the prices for exhibiting space (tables, booths, stands, etc.) are listed in the “Space rental” tab.

8. What are the rental possibilities?

9. Where can I stay during the time of the Fair?

For exhibitors and visitors coming to Monety Expo Warsaw and Fila Expo Warsaw we have contracted special room rates for the time of the fair in Hotel Mercure Grand in Warsaw.

Our recommended hotel, Mercure Grand, is easily reached from Warsaw Chopin Airport and Central Railway Station by bus, train and taxi.

10. How can I get to the Fair venue?

11. Is it possible for me to organize an auction during the Fair?

We invite all the exhibitors and dealers to organize an auction during Monety Expo Warsaw.  An auction room will be situated in a separate conference room in the same building. For more information please see “Auction” tab.

12. What are the opening and closing hours for exhibitors?

Thursday 13th of August: 16.00 / 18.00 – the arrival day, time for preparing stands/booths.

Friday 14th of September: 8.00 / 16.00 – fair day.

Saturday 15th of September: 8.00 / 16.00 – fair day.

13  Where can I eat during the Fair?

There will be a catering company contracted during the Fair, which will be responsible for providing food, drinks and snacks. There will be one food point inside of the hall. However, on demand, there will be also a possibility of food delivery directly to the exhibitor’s stand.

14. What would be the weather like in Poland during the Fair?

September in Poland is the beginning of the polish gold autumn. The temperatures are still fairly high and the weather is warm and sunny. The average temperature for the beginning of September is 18-25 Celsius degrees. However, September’s evenings are colder with the temperatures of about 12-15 Celsius degrees.
