1. When is the fair?

Monety Expo Warsaw and Fila Expo Warsaw will take place during the first weekend of September, from the 14th till the 15th of September 2018.

2. Where is the Fair?

Monety Expo Warsaw will take place in Warsaw, Poland, at the Dom Towarowy Bracia JabłkowscyThe venue is situated at Bracka 25.

3. What kind of items will be offered for sale during the Fair?

Monety Expo Warsaw is a numismatic fair. It will be possible to buy (new and antique):

Coins, Medals, Banknotes, Debt Securities, Literature and Catalogues, Collector’s accessories.

Fila EXPO Warsaw is a philatelic fair. It will be possible to buy:

Stamps,  Letters, First day covers, Literature and Catalogues, Collector’s accessories.

4. How much is the admission?

One day admission ticket – 10 PLN (entrance at 10:00)

Early ticket (admission at 8:00 a.m. on both fair days) – 100 PLN if bought on pre-sale

Early ticket (admission at 8:00 a.m. on both fair days) – 140 PLN if bought on-site

Group ticket – min. group of 10 persons – 8 PLN per person

Young visitors under 18 years old – free entrance

Students with official student card – free entrance

5. How can I buy a ticket?

Tickets can be purchased at the door on the day of the Fair.

6. How many exhibitors and from which countries will come to Monety Expo Warsaw and Fila Expo Warsaw?

Dozens of exhibitors from all over the world will come to Warsaw, including many polish dealers. During the first edition of the fair there were almost 60 exhibitors present. From Europe we hosted dealers from Portugal, Italy, Germany, France etc., as well as exhibitors from United States, Jordan and Posts of Denmark or Faroe Islands. The list of exhibitors of the previous editions is available in “List of Exhibitors” tab. The list of exhibitors of the current edition will be published in the end of August.

7.  Will any numismatic auctions be held during the fair?

Numismatic and stamps auctions are planned to be held during the Fair days. An auction room will be situated in a separate conference room. For more information please see “Auction” tab.

8. How can I get to the Fair?

The venue is situated in the centre of Warsaw. For directions how to get to the venue please check the tab “Fair Venue”.

9. What are the opening and closing hours of the Fair?

Friday 14th of September: 10.00 / 16.00

Saturday 15th of September: 10.00 / 16.00

10. What is an “early bird” ticket and what is the price of the ticket?

An “early bird” ticket is designed for those visitors and traders who would like to enter the Fair before others, in case to purchase the most interesting and rare items first. The ticket price is higher for the “early birds”. This type of pass costs 140 PLN or 100 PLN (if bought of pre-sale) and it allows the purchaser to enter the fair at 8.00 am on both fair days. Thanks to the early admission, “early birds” are able to get the most interesting, sometimes single pieces, of coins and stamps available on the market.

11. I am not from Warsaw. Where can I stay during the Fair?

For exhibitors and visitors coming to Monety Expo Warsaw and Fila Expo Warsaw we have contracted special room rates for the time of the fair in Hotel Mercure Warszawa Grand in Warsaw.

Our recommended hotel, Mercure Warszawa Grand, is easily reached from Warsaw Chopin Airport by bus, train and taxi.
